Creating inclusive organisations with neurodiversity training

20% of your team are neurodivergent - that means you work with autistics, ADHDers, people with Tourettes, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and more.

Our world is set up for neuro-typical brains. But what if we set our workplace up so it was inclusive for everyone? And not just the physical space - it's how we set up our processes, systems and the culture we promote. We can help you get there.

Our training is exceptional - and we don't say that lightly. We've worked hard to ensure this training is neuro-affirming and provides a combination of education, advocacy and practical help and examples. So far, 100% of course participants agree or strongly agree that the course was interesting, helpful and practical. Please check out our reviews below.

What we cover

We customise our training to suit your workplace, however some of the topics we can cover include:

01

Overview of neurodiversity

What is neurodiversity and how prevalent is it on our workplace and world? What does it mean and how do people feel/act/respond with certain neurodiversities. What are the stereotypes vs reality and how do we embrace neurodivergent superpowers to help our organisation soar?

03

Events and patrons

How do I know if someone is in a state of overwhelm and what do I do? How do I create sensory-friendly spaces and places? We also touch on intoxication vs overwhelm and participate in activities to promote change for the better.

05

Personal user manuals

Let's reflect on our strengths, where we need work, how we like to work, how we respond when we're overwhelmed and more. Once we're more aware of our own traits, we can be more accepting of others.

02

Neurodiversity in the workplace

How do we foster a neuro-affirming culture? What accommodations can we provide, and how do I lead a neurodiverse team? We delve into interesting facts, and deliver hands-on activities to get you thinking outside of the box.

04

Building inclusive communities

What are neuro-affirming spaces and how do we create them? What can we do to make our workplace, and world, more inclusive? We deliver practical group activities to encourage your team to think about their environment, processes and systems.

06
